Infrared sauna/cabin
The infrared sauna is from the medical point of view better than the classical Finnish sauna; the temperature is about 60 °C. You sweat more than in the classical sauna; an infrared sauna uses infrared heaters to emit infrared radiant heat which is absorbed directly into human body, unlike traditional saunas which heat the body indirectly via air or steam. The infrared sauna might be more tolerated by people who don’t tolerate the high temperature of the standard sauna.
An average stay an infrared sauna is about 25-30 minutes; you don’t have to take a break and you can wear clothes compared to the traditional sauna.
