Can we store bicycles with you and what are the options for cyclists in your hotel?
We are ready for cyclists in our hotel. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable garage, which is equipped with stands and also sockets for possible charging of electric bicycles. Use of the garage and charging of bicycles must be pre-arranged with the reception when booking your stay. At the reception you can borrow a basic service kit for possible repairs, as well as a pump for inflating bicycles. There are more options for cycling trips in the vicinity of the hotel.
It seems to me that the air extraction in the bathroom is not working
This is a frequent reminder from our guests, because they are used to the noise of the fan, which is usually on the wall in the bathroom. In most rooms in our hotel, ventilation units are not located directly in the bathrooms. Only the suction pipe is vented in the bathrooms, the fans themselves are located elsewhere and soundproofed. To start the fan, use the button next to the light switch by the entrance door to each bathroom.
What are the parking options at the hotel?
The hotel is not located on the outskirts, but in the city center. However, it is located in a quiet area away from the main traffic routes. Right next to the hotel is a reserved parking lot for hotel guests (free of charge for hotel guests) and other parking spaces in the vicinity of the hotel within a distance of 300m, also free of charge. We do not reserve these parking spaces in advance. You can contact the reception for better orientation upon arrival, if necessary, and they will advise you where to park. There are also 3 parking spaces in the hotel in a locked garage, which are subject to a fee and must be ordered in advance. Parking options can be seen on the map available for download HERE.
Parking next to the hotel is intended for passenger cars or motorcycles. In the garage, it is possible to charge electric cars from a regular wall socket. You must have your own adapter. This service must be arranged in advance. Larger vans and buses can park in a free parking lot approximately 450 m from the hotel – the map can be downloaded HERE. The receptionist will be happy to advise you in such cases.
Is it possible to charge an electric car at the hotel?
YES – the hotel offers the possibility of charging an electric car in the garage from a classic 230V/16A (AC) socket or from a regular three-phase (round) socket 3 x 400V with a fuse of 3 x 16A (AC). These sockets have consumption measurement using electricity meters, we charge a parking space in the garage + consumed energy according to the current rate per kWh. This service must be agreed in advance. ATTENTION – we do not have adapters and cables for connecting to the car. The guest must be equipped to be able to charge the car from a regular single or three-phase socket.
What is the capacity of the sauna and infrared sauna?
The sauna and infrared sauna offer privacy for 2 people. It is equipped with a shower and two adjustable chairs/loungers. It is not possible to use the sauna and infrared sauna at the same time, as it is a shared space. More on our website about sauna.
For operational reasons, the sauna can be used after prior reservation at the reception from Monday to Saturday from 2 pm to 6 pm
The heating does not heat, the radiators are cold
The hotel is equipped with central hot water heating. You can individually set the temperature in the rooms on the electronic regulators located on the wall of the room. Please do not manipulate the heads directly on the radiators. The temperature of the heating water is an equithermal temperature regulation dependent on the outdoor temperature. If the outdoor temperature is the same as or higher than the temperature set indoors, the heating does not heat.
Because the central boiler is also a source of heat for hot water for the bathrooms, the heating of the rooms may be interrupted for a short time (approx. 0.5 hours) if there is a high consumption of hot water in the bathrooms. The boiler heats the water for the bathrooms at that time. However, you will not usually notice this situation.
I have a different room than I imagined
In our hotel, all rooms have the same level and design of equipment corresponding to the **** category. However, each room is different in terms of structural layout – as made possible by the arrangement of the buildings, which has been shaped over centuries by constant reconstructions and extensions. Some rooms are equipped with a balcony with a seating area, some have a bathtub, others a shower. Some are duplexes, others with an entrance to the terrace. However, we do not have rooms that have all of these features at once. If you have any preferences, please let us know in the notes when booking, we will try to accommodate you.

Is there a restaurant or café in the hotel?
There is no classic restaurant in the hotel. In the mornings, we prepare breakfast in the form of a cold and hot buffet and during the day the hotel café is open with the possibility of sitting on the outdoor terrace overlooking the city. The hotel is located in the city center and in the vicinity there are a number of quality restaurants and cafés where you can sit – all within a distance of about 500 m from the hotel. Ask the receptionist, he will provide you with a map with marked restaurants and sights for your better orientation. During the anti-covid measures, when restaurants are closed, you can order food to your room – you can find the contacts for these services on the boards in the room.
When is the reception open?
During normal business hours, the reception is open from 7:00 to 20:00 in the winter months and until 21:00 in the summer months. However, we will help you at any time 24 hours a day on the reception phone 602 721 776. In case of late/night arrivals, we can put your room key and a map of how to get there in the safe. You can collect the key (room card) yourself using the code we will give you/send you. However, you need to arrange your arrival time in advance with the receptionist on 602 721 776.
When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 9:00 on weekdays and from 8:00 to 10:00 on weekends or holidays. If this time does not suit you, you can arrange a little earlier, or you can prepare a breakfast package the day before. The price of breakfast is 150 CZK, if it is not included in the accommodation price. In nice weather, you can enjoy breakfast on the outdoor terrace overlooking the city. If you need gluten-free breakfast, it must be ordered at least 2 days in advance for an additional charge of 100 CZK to the breakfast price

What time can I check in upon arrival?
Generally, rooms are ready for you from 2 p.m. If the room is ready earlier (this depends, among other things, on the time of departure of guests before you), we can accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed. If necessary, you can leave your car in the parking lot or have your luggage stored at the reception until the room is vacated.
What time should I leave the room on the day of departure?
You should vacate the room immediately after breakfast, no later than 10:00 a.m. However, you can leave your car in the parking lot until the afternoon or the reception can store your luggage at the reception. If you do not vacate the room by 11:00 a.m., we must charge you the price of the next night in the room, because we would not have time to clean the room for the next guest. We cannot and do not want to discount the quality (and time required) of cleaning.
Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?
We offer air conditioning in some rooms for an additional fee, in other rooms guests can use a fan to improve the climate in the rooms. Since the hotel is a complex of historical buildings with thick stone walls, most rooms have a relatively pleasant climate even in the summer months without the need for artificial cooling.
