The whole complex was not maintained from 1983 till the reconstruction in 2008.<\/p>\n<p>The reconstruction lasted from November 2008 to June 2010 and was co-financed by European Union. Project partners are\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.euroagentur.cz\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EuroAgentur Hotels &amp; Travel corporation.<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gremis.cz\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">GREMIS Ltd. (building works)<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wspk.cz\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Waldviertel Sparkasse von 1842 (financing)<\/a>. The reconstruction lasted according to the plan although the reconstruction works had to be suspended for several weeks because of chilly winter. There was also more exacting work than expected.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel was opened for the public on 1st July 2010 (18 months after reconstruction had begun). Muselo se na z\u00e1klad\u011b statick\u00fdch posudk\u016f bourat daleko v\u00edce p\u016fvodn\u00edho zdiva, ne\u017e bylo p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1no, dv\u011b zimy b\u011bhem nich\u017e stavba prob\u00edhala byly velmi tuh\u00e9 a na n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f stavbu zbrzdily. Av\u0161ak za 18 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f po zah\u00e1jen\u00ed stavby, v kv\u011btnu 2010 prob\u011bhla \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b kolaudace a od 1.7.2010 byl zah\u00e1jen komer\u010dn\u00ed provoz <strong>hotelu T\u0159eb\u00ed\u010d<\/strong>.\r\n\r\nV\u0161em z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdm pat\u0159\u00ed d\u00edk za to, \u017ee se v\u0161e stihlo i p\u0159es \u0159adu t\u011bchto nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed. Es kam auch zu ungeplanten Abrissen.
